RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer returns, once a product has been marked shipped. If a product arrived damaged, please email manifest365@yahoo.com within 24 hours and we will ship a replacement at no cost. 
**YOU WOULD HAVE TO SHOW PROOF, SO A PICTURE WOULD NEED TO BE EMAILED TO MANIFEST365.**
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, PLEASE be aware that your package will be shipped on Monday. All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail, so it should arrive within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will be able to track your order.
(Depending on your postal service, shipping might take a little longer. Order ARE NOT shipped on holidays and weekends.)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
At the moment, NO. We only ship within the United States. 
MISSING PACKAGES?
If your package so happens to get lost in the mail, please contact your local USPS office. We provide tracking numbers once every package is shipped. Once shipped, it is the USPS service responsibility to figure out what happen to your package. **IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MANIFEST 365**. Always make sure that you put in the right address when placing orders. **MANIFEST 365 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED BACK TO MANIFEST 365?

 If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package!
